Silicon Valley–based PaleBlueDot AI has closed a $150 million Series B funding round, lifting its valuation above $1 billion as enterprise demand for scalable AI infrastructure accelerates. The round was led by B Capital, following a year in which PaleBlueDot AI reported revenue growth of more than tenfold driven by rapid capacity delivery and cost-efficient compute.
Founded in 2024, the company operates a global AI compute platform across North America and Asia, supporting reliable inference and long-duration workloads as AI moves from experimental tools into operational systems. Chief executive Stephen Watts said the new capital will be used to deepen platform engineering, expand technical teams, and accelerate international growth, positioning PaleBlueDot AI to meet rising enterprise requirements for high-performance, predictable AI compute at scale.
