Febi.ai Raises $2M in Pre-Series A Round Led by Lumis Partners & Key Industry Leaders

Febi.ai, a Gurugram-based startup focused on automating accounting and tax management, has raised $2 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Lumis Partners, Virender Rana, Lenskart co-founder Amit Chaudhary, Padmaja Ruparel, Cashkaro co-founder Rohan Bhargava, and Rajat Jain.

Founded in 2022 by Amit Jindal, Saurabh Jain, Ashu Goel, and Rahul Bansal, Febi.ai is designed to streamline accounting and tax compliance through AI-driven automation. The platform automates tasks like data entry, invoice verification, and documentation management, allowing businesses to focus on growth while keeping their finances in check.

With this funding, Febi.ai plans to enhance its AI capabilities, expand customer acquisition efforts, and grow its workforce. The company’s solutions are particularly tailored to the needs of chartered accountants (CAs) and entrepreneurs, providing real-time insights and strategic financial guidance through an AI-powered platform supported by a team of experienced CAs and personal accountants.
