TextYess Raises €2.4M to Scale AI-Powered WhatsApp Commerce Globally

Italian startup TextYess has secured €2.4 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered WhatsApp commerce platform to international markets. The round was co-led by Italian VC Partners and Belgian fund Entourage, with support from Angel Invest Ventures and business angels including Filippo Conforti, David Clarke, and Gianluca Cocco.

Founded in 2024 by Riccardo Russo and Edvaldo Gjonikaj, TextYess enables eCommerce brands to automate personalized sales and customer support directly through WhatsApp. Its AI-driven platform integrates with CMS systems to power features such as AI Broadcast Campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase flows, and a 24/7 AI Shopping Assistant.

The fresh capital will accelerate product development, expand the company’s AI agent suite, and strengthen its commercial operations worldwide.
