Solidrange, a Saudi cybersecurity startup focused on AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance automation, has secured $2.4 million in seed funding led by Sharaka Capital, with participation from Sadu Capital, SEEDRA Ventures, and Tali Ventures, the investment arm of stc. The company, founded in 2023 and led by CEO Jamal M. Labani, plans to use the capital to accelerate regional expansion, advance product development, and deepen artificial intelligence capabilities across its platforms.
Solidrange provides enterprise solutions including its EasyCompliance GRC automation platform and Awareness10 cybersecurity training system, designed to reduce operational risk and improve regulatory readiness. The company currently serves more than 50 enterprise customers across government and private sectors, aligning its technology with Saudi Arabia’s national cybersecurity priorities and Vision 2030 initiatives.
