Pave Finance Announces $15M Series A to Expand AI-Powered Portfolio Management Platform

Pave Finance, an AI-powered portfolio management platform for financial advisors, announced it raised over $15 million in an oversubscribed Series A round, achieving a $100 million pre-money valuation. The round followed a $14 million oversubscribed seed round in September 2025 and included investment from advisory firms and former executives of leading financial services companies.

Advisors using Pave now oversee more than $130 billion in assets across over 300,000 accounts, reflecting growing adoption of the platform, which helps registered investment advisors and wealth management firms build and personalize client portfolios at scale using AI. The company tracks more than 50,000 publicly traded securities globally, allowing advisors to customize portfolios based on sector exclusions, tax considerations, and individual client risk tolerance.

CEO Christopher Ainsworth said the funding reflects growing demand for modernized advisory technology as firms seek to manage larger client bases while offering greater personalization, and that the capital will support expansion of Pave’s market-facing and engineering teams. The company’s leadership includes veterans of firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan, as well as technology companies including Google, Apple, and Meta.

Founded in 2021 and based in New York, Pave Finance operates through subsidiaries spanning software licensing, broker-dealer services, and investment advisory, as the wealth management industry increasingly turns to AI-driven tools to manage growing complexity and scale.
