Vinter Secures €1.4M in Seed Funding to Disrupt Recruitment with AI-Powered Platform

Vinter, an AI-driven recruitment platform, has raised €1.4 million (£1.1 million) in seed funding from ALCORA B.V., a Netherlands-based investment firm. Founded in London in 2024, the platform aims to modernize hiring processes through advanced technology, offering transparency, efficiency, and cost reduction for both recruiters and candidates.

The platform uses cutting-edge AI to speed up hiring by up to nine times and reduce recruitment costs by as much as 80%. Its R&D hub in Turkey supports its mission to deliver faster and more objective candidate assessments. By analyzing competencies in detail, Vinter provides businesses with data-driven insights for better hiring decisions.

Erdem Can, Co-Founder of Vinter, described the platform as a tool to streamline and enhance recruitment processes.

“Vinter offers a more streamlined and transparent recruitment process for both candidates and recruitment teams. Our flexible platform allows recruiters to customise their hiring processes while promoting data-driven decision-making. Thanks to Vinter’s asynchronous system, both candidates and recruiters can progress at their convenience, without the need for scheduled meetings or appointments. Our regular status updates ensure all parties are informed about the hiring process at every stage” he said.

Erkan Yenicare, Chairman of the Board, highlighted the funding’s strategic role in expanding Vinter’s reach.

“With the €1.4 million in seed funding, we aim to provide faster, more efficient, and cost-effective recruitment solutions to businesses worldwide. Our goal is to establish Vinter as a leader in both the Turkish and global markets, promoting transparency, objectivity, and speed in the recruitment process,” he said.

Vinter’s platform includes customizable recruitment workflows, technical skills assessments, competency inventories, foreign language proficiency tests, and AI-driven evaluations. Advanced analytics dashboards and integrations further enhance the recruitment experience for businesses and candidates.

Founded in London, Vinter is a SaaS platform leveraging AI and asynchronous processes to revolutionize recruitment. Following pre-seed funding in 2023, it has become a preferred choice for organizations seeking efficient, fair, and cost-effective hiring practices.

ALCORA B.V., a Netherlands-based investment firm, focuses on supporting innovative global companies, with Vinter being one of its latest investments.
