Tali Ventures Leads $6M Series A to Accelerate Bonat’s AI Customer Engagement Platform

Tali Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of stc group, has led a $6 million Series A round for Bonat, the Riyadh-based AI platform transforming customer engagement for retailers and F&B brands across Saudi Arabia. The round also included participation from anb seed Fund, Rua Growth Fund, RZM Investments, and a network of prominent angel investors, reinforcing stc group’s broader commitment to innovation and the Kingdom’s digital transformation.

Bonat has rapidly become one of the region’s leading engagement ecosystems, combining AI-driven analytics, behaviour-based marketing automation, digital wallets, and unified customer data tools. The platform currently supports thousands of merchants and connects with more than six million users across the Kingdom.

The new capital will enable Bonat to expand its AI capabilities, introduce personalised campaign automation, and enter additional verticals including retail and services. Upcoming integrations with payment systems and mobile wallets will allow merchants to manage the entire customer journey from a single, data-rich dashboard.

Leaders from stc group, anb capital, Rua Growth Fund and Bonat emphasised the strategic importance of AI-powered engagement as Saudi Arabia moves toward a fully digital, customer-centric economy under Vision 2030.
