Seattle-based Yoodli has raised $40 million in a Series B round led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from Neotribe and Madrona, bringing total funding to nearly $60 million and pushing the company’s valuation above $300 million. Founded in 2021 by Varun Puri and Esha Joshi, the startup is building AI-driven communication training tools that enhance — rather than replace — human coaching.
Yoodli’s platform simulates real-world interactions such as sales conversations, leadership coaching, interviews, and feedback sessions, delivering personalized guidance powered by multiple large language models. The company now focuses primarily on enterprise learning, serving customers including major cloud and software providers, and reports significant growth in platform usage and recurring revenue. Funding will support expanded AI capabilities, personalization features, and international reach, with hiring planned across product, research, and customer success teams.
